1. Payment for Products and Services

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase or service. We do not offer accounts or delayed billing.

We accept EFTPOS, credit card, cash, direct money transfer, and VetPay (learn more at www.vetpay.com.au).

4. Late or Unpaid Accounts

Late payments or failure to pay may incur additional fees. Ongoing non-payment may also result in refusal of future services, at the discretion of Fetch the Vet.

5. Discounts

Our pricing is designed to make veterinary care more affordable and accessible to all clients. For this reason, we do not offer pensioner or low-income card holder discounts.
