These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fetch the Vet website and services. By booking an appointment or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

1. Service Area

Fetch The Vet operates exclusively within the Greater Shepparton region. Appointments outside this area are subject to approval and may be declined or incur additional fees.

2. Veterinary Services

Fetch the Vet provides routine and non-emergency veterinary care in the home environment. Services may include consultations, vaccinations, diagnostic testing, minor procedures, and preventative care.

All services are provided by a qualified veterinarian and/or qualified veterinary nurse, and are subject to clinical judgment, pet suitability, and availability. Fetch the Vet reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable in a home environment.

3. Emergency Care

Fetch the Vet does not provide emergency services and is not a substitute for after-hours or emergency veterinary care. If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, you must immediately contact a local emergency veterinary hospital.

4. Appointments and Deposits

- A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

- If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited.

- Requests to reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice will be accommodated where possible.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. Fetch the Vet accepts EFTPOS, credit card, cash, or direct money transfer. Late payments or failure to pay may incur a fee and may result in refusal of future services at our discretion.

6. Pet Owner Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Accurately disclose your pet’s medical history, behavioural characteristics, health status, and any medications and/or preventatives your pet may be on.

- Provide a safe, calm, and accessible environment for both Fetch the Vet employees and your pet.

- Be present during the appointment or arrange for a responsible adult to be present.

- Treat Fetch the Vet employees with respect and courtesy.

7. Privacy

Your personal data and pet medical records are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties except as required to provide veterinary services or comply with legal obligations.

8. Liability

Fetch the Vet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. All treatments are carried out in accordance with professional standards, but no guarantees can be made regarding treatment outcomes.

You agree not to misuse this website or use it for any unlawful purposes. All content is the property of Fetch the Vet and may not be reproduced without permission.
